I appreciated having a laundry facility available on-site, which was quite convenient. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom had mold around the shower area, and I found a swarm of maggots outside in the morning. The furnishings looked old and dirty, which made the room feel uncomfortable. The ice machine was just a bin, and there wasn’t a proper scoop available for use. It would be great if they could improve their overall cleanliness and maintain the grounds better.

I stayed for one night, and while the bed and bath were clean, the hot water took forever to heat up. Overall, I’d consider it again if I need a budget-friendly option.

Grounds could use serious attention!!! A fresh cleanup on the outside would make an immediate positive impact. Old, dirty carpets need replacement to enhance comfort. need proper scoops for hygiene!!!

The highlight of my trip was the hearty homemade soup I tasted nearby, along with the famous Dexter-style BBQ that had my taste buds dancing. The location is a stone's throw from McDonald's and Hickory Log Restaurant, perfect for late-night munchies. On top of that, the air conditioning worked like a charm.

Now, about the rest—no breakfast surprise, and mold in the shower? Yikes! Plus, the grounds were a bit overgrown with weeds. makes you wonder if anyone's had a look at the place in ages.
